Zaslepovací panel DELOCK 67432 s 2 vstavanými ventilátormi 80×80 mm, kovové puzdro, tmavosivý

DELOCK 67432 is a metal rack cover plate with two integrated 80×80 mm cooling fans, finished in dark grey. The unit is designed for installation in 2U rack openings of 10" network cabinets and provides active ventilation to help remove heat from compact equipment in server cabinets, network enclosures and AV racks. The robust metal housing and built-in fans offer a space-saving ventilation solution for infrastructure where airflow management is required.

Advantages

The cover plate combines a sturdy metal construction with two pre-installed 80×80 mm fans to deliver continuous air movement while occupying only 2U of rack space. Its dark grey finish matches common rack environments and the design includes standard mounting holes for straightforward installation. The integrated solution reduces the need for separate fan modules and improves airflow at the cabinet front or rear depending on mounting orientation.

Suitable for

• 10" network cabinets requiring 2U active ventilation
• Server racks and telecom enclosures with limited internal airflow
• AV cabinets and small equipment racks needing targeted heat extraction
• Situations where a compact, metal-mounted fan solution is preferred

Key specifications

• Built-in fans: two 80×80 mm units
• Form factor: 2U rack cover plate for 10" cabinets
• Housing material: metal
• Colour: dark grey
• Approximate mounting hole diameter: 4.5 mm
• Quantity: 1 piece

How to use

Mount the cover plate into a 2U opening of a 10" network cabinet using the standard mounting holes; ensure the mounting screws match the indicated hole diameter. Position the panel at the front or rear of the rack as needed to direct airflow through the equipment bay. Connect the fans to the appropriate power source or fan controller following the cabinet's wiring conventions and verify airflow direction and electrical connections before putting connected equipment into full operation.

Recommendations

Install the unit in a dry, ventilated area and regularly inspect fan operation and mounting integrity. Clean dust and debris from fan blades and the housing periodically to maintain airflow efficiency. Ensure that electrical connections conform to the rack's power distribution and that fan voltage and connector type are compatible with the cabinet's fan control or power supply.
