EUROLITE 80702985 is a red retractable barrier belt intended as a replacement or spare component for crowd control systems. The belt provides a clear visual barrier to mark restricted areas, guide queues or create temporary walkways when paired with compatible posts or wall mounts. Designed as a belt-only unit, it offers straightforward installation into existing retractable barrier housings and is suitable for venues, retail, event spaces and public areas where a visible separation is required.

Advantages

The red retractable belt is made to be highly visible and quickly deployed, helping to define spaces without permanent fixtures. Its compact, belt-only format makes it easy to replace worn or damaged belts without changing the entire barrier post. The construction allows smooth retraction and reliable tension when connected to compatible housings, ensuring a neat and consistent boundary line. Because it is a component part, it reduces waste and cost when maintaining an existing crowd control system.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the belt into a compatible retractable barrier housing or wall-mounted receiver following the post or mount manufacturer’s instructions. Pull the belt out to the desired anchor point and engage it with the receiving slot or hook to establish a taut boundary. When no longer needed, allow the belt to retract fully into its housing to prevent wear and maintain a tidy appearance. Periodically inspect the belt for signs of fraying or damage and replace it if the surface or retraction mechanism shows deterioration.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with your existing barrier posts or wall mounts prior to installation. For safety and longevity, avoid exposure to sharp edges and excessive sunlight when possible, and keep the belt clean from debris to ensure smooth retraction.
