Zásuvka typ F Jung A 1520 BF WWM, 16 A, 250 V, termoplast, biela, 55×55 mm

Jung A 1520 BF WWM is a Type F socket outlet intended for universal indoor use in residential and light commercial electrical systems. It is rated for 250 V and 16 A and comes in a white thermoplastic housing with a compact 55×55 mm footprint. The unit features screwless terminals designed to accept conductors up to 2.5 mm² and integrates the supporting frame and earth protection components to simplify installation.

Advantages

The socket offers a standardized grounded Type F connection suitable for most European plugs, a compact design that fits common flush-mounted boxes, and a thermoplastic cover that provides electrical insulation and easy cleaning. Screwless terminals reduce installation time and permit reliable conductor clamping without separate screws. The integrated supporting frame and earth protection components streamline assembly and reduce the number of separate parts needed on site.

How to use

Turn off the power supply at the distribution board before beginning installation. Mount the unit into a compatible flush-mounted box with the 55×55 mm footprint, ensuring the earth contact aligns with the building earthing conductor. Strip conductors to the recommended length and insert them into the screwless terminals until secure; confirm mechanical retention and electrical continuity. After securing the socket in the box and attaching the cover, restore power and verify proper operation using a suitable socket tester.

Recommendations

Use this Type F socket outlet for indoor, dry environments only. Verify that the circuit is protected with appropriate overcurrent protection (16 A) and that conductors do not exceed 2.5 mm² for the screwless terminals. For installations requiring claws or screw terminals, select the corresponding product variant as specified by the manufacturer. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with local regulations and safe installation practices.
