Zátky na ochranu sluchu 3M OPTIME I H510P3E SNR 26 dB — pre prilby s 30 mm úchytom

3M OPTIME I H510P3E ear defender inserts are designed to integrate with helmets that have a 30 mm slot, providing on-helmet hearing protection with an SNR of 26 dB. These lightweight inserts attach to compatible helmet mounting systems to deliver hearing attenuation for environments with intermittent or continuous noise exposure. Their design supports quick fitting and removal, enabling convenient storage on the helmet and accessible protection when moving between noisy and quiet areas.

Advantages

The insert-style ear defenders offer compact, low-profile protection that reduces noise without restricting mobility or visibility. With an SNR of 26 dB, they lower overall sound levels while remaining suitable for use with other personal protective equipment. Fast attachment to a 30 mm helmet slot and simple click-on assembly make them practical for workers who need to switch hearing protection on and off. The lightweight construction helps minimize user fatigue during extended wear.

How to use

Align the ear defender insert with the helmet's 30 mm slot and push until the mounting mechanism clicks into place, ensuring a secure attachment. Position the helmet and inserts so that the ear cups sit comfortably over the ears; adjust the helmet fit as required to maintain correct seal and attenuation. Remove the inserts by pressing the release mechanism and pulling them from the slot when hearing protection is no longer needed. Inspect the inserts before each use for damage and replace them if seals or components are worn.

Recommendations

Use these helmet-mounted inserts when moving between areas of differing noise levels to provide convenient, on-helmet protection. Verify compatibility with the specific helmet model and mounting system before use. Combine with other hearing protection or PPE only according to workplace safety guidance and applicable regulations. Clean and store the inserts according to manufacturer instructions and replace them when attenuation performance appears reduced or visible wear is present.
