Zebra 800300-564EM páska do tlačiarne 200 strán azúrová, purpurová, žltá

Zebra color YMCKLL ribbon for ZC300 — 200 images is a thermal transfer color ribbon designed for use with Zebra ZC300 card printers. The ribbon includes panels for full-color printing (Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black) plus two clear laminate panels (LL) that apply a protective overlay. It is intended for printing durable color ID cards, staff badges, membership cards and other plastic card applications where accurate color reproduction and extended card life are required.

Advantages

The ribbon combines a standard YMCK color sequence with two clear protective panels to provide improved surface protection and resistance to abrasion, moisture and fading. It supports vivid color output and consistent print quality across the entire 200-image yield. Because the protective panels are integrated into the ribbon, printed cards receive an immediate laminate layer without a separate lamination step, simplifying production and reducing handling time.

Suitable for

• Single- or small-batch printing of employee ID cards and access badges
• Membership and loyalty cards requiring full-color logos and graphics
• Event or visitor badges where moderate card durability is needed
• Low- to medium-volume card issuance with integrated surface protection

Key specifications

• Color panels: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, Black plus two clear laminate panels
• Yield: approximately 200 printed images per ribbon
• Compatibility: for use with Zebra ZC300 series card printers
• Function: full-color printing with integrated overlay for enhanced durability
• Typical card types: PVC and composite plastic cards with standard CR80 size

How to use

Install the ribbon in the Zebra ZC300 printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Load cards into the input hopper, select the required print job and ensure printer settings match the card stock and print mode. The printer will advance the ribbon and apply the YMCKLL panels sequentially to produce full-color images with two clear protective panels applied at the end of each print cycle. Monitor ribbon supply and replace when the printer indicates ribbon exhaustion or when print quality begins to degrade.

Recommendations

Store unused ribbons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For best results, use standard PVC or composite cards and ensure cards are clean and free of dust before printing. When higher security or extreme durability is required, consider additional physical laminates or technologies compatible with your card printer.
