Place the scanner in a compatible hands-free presentation cradle when fixed-position scanning is needed. For cordless use, charge the device using the Qi-compatible charging system or the provided charging cradle and follow on-screen or device indicators to monitor battery status. Aim the LED sensor at the barcode and press the trigger (handheld) or present an item to the reader in presentation mode to capture 1D and 2D codes.

Recommendations

Clean the sealed housing regularly using disinfectants approved by your facility; avoid harsh solvents not recommended by the manufacturer. Store and charge the device in a dry, ventilated area and follow your organisation’s infection-control protocols when moving between clinical areas.
