Load the roll onto the printer using the 25 mm core, align the label leading edge with the printer feed, and set the printer to direct thermal mode. Adjust print darkness and speed according to printer manufacturer recommendations to achieve optimal print quality on top-coated thermal paper. Ensure the printer path is clean and the labels feed smoothly to avoid jams and misprints.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat to preserve thermal sensitivity. For best results, use within the manufacturer's recommended shelf life and avoid prolonged contact with solvents or oils that can affect adhesive performance and print quality.
