Install a roll of Zebra Z-Select 2000T into a compatible thermal printer following the printer manufacturer's loading instructions. Align the roll and feed the liner correctly to ensure smooth label advancement and accurate die-cut registration. Configure printer settings (media type, width, and label length) to match the 3" x 2" label dimensions and perform a test print before starting full production.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use appropriate thermal transfer ribbons if required by your printer and media type. For optimal adhesion, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces and allow time for the adhesive to set on low-energy plastics.
