Zebra ZT231 tlačiareň etikiet priama termálna 300 x 300 DPI 203 mm/s káblová & bezdrôtová Ethernet LAN Bluetooth

The Zebra ZT231 direct thermal label printer delivers consistent, high-resolution label printing using direct thermal technology. With a maximum print resolution of 300 x 300 DPI and a top speed of 203 mm/sec, this model is built for environments that require reliable, legible labels. The printer supports both wired and wireless connectivity, enabling flexible placement and integration into existing workflows. Designed by Zebra, the ZT231 balances compact footprint and industrial durability to handle frequent label production for shipping, inventory, asset tagging, and compliance labeling.

Advantages

The ZT231 combines 300 x 300 DPI image quality with a high printing rate of 203 mm/sec to produce crisp text and barcodes suitable for scanners and human reading. Its direct thermal mechanism eliminates the need for ink or toner, reducing ongoing consumable costs and simplifying maintenance. Built-in wired and wireless interfaces allow straightforward connection to networked systems and mobile devices. The printer’s chassis and media handling are engineered for stable operation during continuous use, helping reduce jams and downtime.

Suitable for

• Shipping and logistics labels

How to use

Install the printer on a stable surface and connect it to power. Load compatible thermal labels onto the media roll and route the media according to the feed path indicated by the printer’s guides. Configure network settings for wired Ethernet or set up the wireless connection through the printer control panel or software utilities. Install the appropriate Zebra drivers and integrate the printer into your label design or printing application. Calibrate media sensors if required to ensure accurate label detection and print alignment.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use quality direct thermal label stock that matches the printer’s sensor and width specifications. Keep the printhead and platen roller clean and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent premature fading of direct thermal prints. Regularly verify driver and firmware versions to maintain network stability and compatibility with label software.
