Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Paper weight: 70 g/m²
• Cover color: Blue
• Paper type: Lined/ruled (standard ruling)
• Binding: Sewn or glued for durability

How to use

Place the notebook on a stable surface and open to the desired page. Use ballpoint pens, gel pens, fountain pens with compatible ink, or pencils—70 g/m² paper accommodates most common writing tools with minimal bleed-through. Turn pages carefully along the binding to maintain alignment and avoid tearing. For organized records, date entries and use headings or margins for quick reference.

Recommendations

Store the notebook in a dry place away from direct moisture and prolonged sunlight to preserve paper quality. For archival purposes, avoid using heavily saturated inks or markers that may transfer through pages; if using such pens, place a protective sheet under the writing hand to prevent impressions on following pages.
