How to use

Extend the tape to the required length, keeping it straight between the two points to be measured. Use the hand strap to stabilize the instrument while pulling the tape or to secure it around the wrist when walking between measuring points. After taking the measurement, retract the tape carefully into the housing to avoid sudden snapping; guide the tape with your hand if necessary to maintain control. Store the tape measure in a dry place when not in use to preserve the housing and the measuring tape.

Recommendations

For the most accurate results, ensure the tape is fully extended and held level or taut between measured points. Avoid bending the tape sharply or allowing it to flop during retraction. Regularly inspect the tape edge and housing for signs of wear and clean off dirt and moisture after outdoor use to prolong service life.
