Zwilling Fresh & Save vákuová štartovacia sada s sklenenými nádobami a pumpou

The FRESH & SAVE Glass Starter Set makes meal prep and food storage more efficient and convenient. The set includes two borosilicate glass vacuum containers in different sizes, four reusable vacuum bags and an automatic vacuum pump. When used with the vacuum system, food stays fresh up to five times longer than with conventional non-vacuum storage methods, while aromas, vitamins and nutrients are preserved and freezer burn is reduced.

Advantages

The glass containers are ovenproof up to 280°C without the lid, microwave- and dishwasher-safe, and their plastic lids are BPA-free. The vacuum pump docks to the valve on the lids or bags and removes air at the push of a button, stopping automatically when a sufficient vacuum is reached. Vacuum sealing enables sous-vide cooking, faster marinating and space-saving, stackable storage in fridge and freezer. The set also links to the ZWILLING Culinary World App via QR codes on the lids and bags for tracking shelf life and receiving consumption reminders.

How to use

Place food or prepared meals into a glass container or vacuum bag and close the lid or seal the bag. Dock the automatic vacuum pump onto the valve and press the button to extract air; the pump stops automatically once a sufficient vacuum is reached. For sous-vide cooking, use the heat-resistant vacuum bags and follow your sous-vide device instructions. Use the ZWILLING Culinary World App by scanning the QR code on the lid or bag to track storage times and set reminders.

Recommendations

Use the larger glass container for bulk storage or larger meal portions and the smaller container for single portions. Cool hot food to a safe temperature before vacuum sealing. When freezing liquids or high-moisture foods, leave headspace in the container or pre-freeze in the bag to avoid deformation. Follow sous-vide temperature and time guidelines when using the vacuum bags for cooking.
