2,5-palcový SATA-III SSD ADATA SU650 1 TB – 520 MB/s čítanie, 450 MB/s zápis, 3D-NAND, 2,5 palca

The Ultimate SU650 solid state drive uses 3D NAND Flash memory and a high-speed controller, available in capacities up to 1TB. It provides sequential read/write speeds up to 520/450 MB/s and improved reliability compared to 2D NAND SSDs, making it suitable for system and storage upgrades.

Advantages

The SU650 offers SLC caching and advanced error correction technologies to optimize data performance and maintain data integrity. Its combination of 3D NAND and a modern controller delivers faster sustained transfers and greater endurance than many older 2D NAND drives. The drive is positioned as a cost-effective upgrade option for users seeking improved system responsiveness and storage reliability.

Key specifications

• Flash type: 3D NAND
• Controller: high-speed controller (manufacturer unspecified)
• Capacities: up to 1 TB
• Sequential read speed: up to 520 MB/s
• Sequential write speed: up to 450 MB/s
