Why choose it

This display is manufactured to match the original panel's electrical and mechanical characteristics, avoiding issues like flicker, colour shift, or poor fit. Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic laptop repair, and the 40-pin connector is a direct match for the Aspire 5250's motherboard.

Ideal use cases

• Replacing a cracked, dim, or dead screen on an Acer Aspire 5250
• Upgrading from a matte panel to a glossy one for more vibrant colours
• Restoring a second-hand laptop for resale or donation
• Keeping an older laptop in service for school, office, or home use

Good to know

Before ordering, confirm your laptop model is an Acer Aspire 5250 and that the original screen is 15.6-inch WXGA with a 40-pin connector. The panel ships in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. No tools or adhesives are included; you will need a small Phillips screwdriver and a plastic spudger for the bezel. The glossy finish can show reflections in bright light, but it provides deeper blacks and more saturated colours than matte alternatives.
