3,5 mm pravouhlý konektor Neutrik NTP3RC-CON – kovové puzdro, stereo TRS konektor

The Neutrik 3.5 mm Right Angle Plug NTP3RC-CON is a compact stereo TRS connector designed for secure audio connections in confined spaces. Its right-angle form factor and metal housing reduce cable strain and allow neat routing behind instruments, portable recorders, headphones and in patching applications. The connector maintains consistent mechanical and electrical contact through a robust construction suitable for repeated insertions and movement.

Advantages

The metal housing offers increased durability and shielding compared with plastic alternatives, while the right-angle configuration minimizes bending stress at the cable exit. The stereo TRS contact provides reliable tip-ring-sleeve connections for balanced or unbalanced stereo signals. The connector's compact dimensions make it suitable for tight installations where straight plugs would obstruct or place excessive strain on the cable.

Suitable for

• Connecting instruments and effects units in pedalboards or cramped instrument panels
• Headphone connections where space behind the jack is limited
• Portable audio recorders and field equipment with limited clearance
• Patching and signal routing in compact audio setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5 mm stereo TRS (right angle)
• Housing material: metal
• Contact configuration: tip-ring-sleeve suitable for stereo or balanced signals
• Application: audio signal transmission for headphones, instruments and portable recorders
• Mechanical features: compact right-angle design to reduce cable bending radius and strain

How to use

Prepare the audio cable by stripping the outer jacket and isolating inner conductors according to standard wiring for stereo TRS. Solder or secure the tip, ring and sleeve contacts following the connector's assembly instructions, ensuring good electrical contact and avoiding stray strands. Slide the metal housing into position and tighten any fastening elements so the cable is clamped securely. Insert the assembled right-angle plug into the device jack until it seats fully to establish the electrical connection.

Recommendations

To maximize service life, avoid repeated lateral stress on the cable at the connector and secure the cable close to the plug when used in mobile or high-traffic setups. Use appropriate strain relief and shielded cable for best audio performance in environments with possible electromagnetic interference.
