3M 2890S plynotesné ochranné okuliare, číry polykarbonátový sklíčko, nepriame vetranie, EN 166 DE272934071

When standard safety glasses leave gaps around the edges, the 3M 2890S full-vision goggle seals the entire eye area against gases, fine dust, and liquid splashes. Its gas-tight PVC frame with a soft silicone face seal keeps irritants out while the wide polycarbonate lens preserves an unobstructed field of view. This model is engineered for industrial environments where airborne hazards demand more than a basic shield.

Highlights

• Gas-tight seal blocks gases, fine dust, and liquid droplets (markings 3, 4, 5).
• Polycarbonate lens with 3M Scotchgard anti-fog and anti-scratch coating.
• Optical class 1 for distortion-free vision during extended wear.
• Indirect ventilation reduces fogging without compromising protection.
• Fits over most prescription glasses, adjustable elastic strap for a secure fit.

In daily use

The 2890S sits comfortably against the face thanks to its flexible PVC frame and silicone seal, which conforms to facial contours without excessive pressure. The adjustable strap keeps the goggle stable during movement, while the indirect vents allow air circulation to minimise lens fogging. The clear lens provides true colour recognition, and the anti-scratch coating extends service life in dusty or abrasive settings. Workers who wear prescription glasses can put the 2890S on over their everyday frames, eliminating the need for costly prescription inserts.
