ACT biely 0,25 metra LSZH U/FTP CAT6A slimline patch kábel pre dátové centrum snagless s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT White 0.25m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Patch Cable Snagless RJ45 is a slimline data center patch cord with 0.25 m length, LSZH jacket and U/FTP shielding. Its reduced diameter and snagless RJ45 connectors support high-speed data transmission while minimizing smoke emission for indoor environments. The cable uses gold-plated contacts and is intended for use in structured cabling and server racks where space and airflow are important.

Advantages

The slimline CAT6A construction (approx. 3.8 mm diameter) provides a smaller bending radius and improved airflow in racks and cabinets compared with standard CAT6A patch cords. U/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and supports reliable high-frequency performance. The LSZH jacket limits smoke and harmful fume emission in case of fire. Snagless RJ45 boots protect the connector clips during installation.

How to use

Insert the RJ45 plug into the device or patch panel RJ45 port until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Route the cable through the rack or cabinet, keeping bends gentle and within the cable's bending radius. For best performance in high-density installations, separate power-over-Ethernet (PoE) bundles according to recommendations to avoid excessive heating.

Recommendations

Follow industry guidance on conductor gauge and bundling: although CAT standards typically reference 22–26 AWG, slimline patch cords may use thinner conductors (e.g., 32 AWG), which increase attenuation at higher frequencies. For PoE deployments limit bundle size—ACT advises a maximum of 24 slimline cables per bundle—to keep the temperature rise of the center cable within acceptable limits (ANSI TSB-184-A recommends less than 15 °C above ambient for the center cable).
