The ACT White 10 meter U/UTP CAT5E patch cable (model IB5410) is a 10 m network cable designed for Ethernet connections in home and office environments. It features AWG24 conductors, a PVC sheath and RJ45 connectors with gold‑plated contacts to ensure reliable signal transmission. The cable is white (RAL 9016) and supports frequencies up to 100 MHz, meeting CAT5E performance requirements.

Advantages

This CAT5E U/UTP patch cable offers stable data transfer for typical Ethernet applications, corrosion‑resistant gold‑plated RJ45 contacts for improved contact quality and a PVC outer sheath that provides basic mechanical protection. Its 10 m length gives flexibility in device placement while the white finish allows discreet installation in many interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home networks
• Office workstation cabling for Ethernet and internet access
• Patch panels and structured cabling within racks and cabinets

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT5E U/UTP
• Bandwidth: 100 MHz
• Length: 10 m
• Conductors: AWG 24
• Sheath: PVC
• Connector: RJ45 with gold‑plated contacts

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into your network device (switch, router or PC) and the other end into the corresponding port. Ensure connectors click into place and avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable. For best signal integrity, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid excessive stretching.

Recommendations

Use this CAT5E patch cable for standard 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connections and typical office or home networking needs; for Gigabit Ethernet over longer runs or higher performance requirements, consider higher category cables (CAT5E can support Gigabit over short runs but CAT6 is recommended for consistent Gigabit performance).
