ACT červená 5 metrov LSZH U/FTP CAT6A dátacentrum Slimline patch kábel s RJ45 konektormi bez zaistenej západky

The ACT Red 5 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A patch cable is a slimline datacenter cable with a 3.8 mm diameter and U/FTP shielding. It features snagless RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and is intended for high-density installations where improved airflow and reduced cable bulk are important. The cable length is 5 m, connectors are RJ-45 on both ends, and the jacket is Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH).

Advantages

The slim 3.8 mm diameter reduces required bend radius and cable bulk compared with standard 5.9 mm CAT6A patch cords, improving airflow in cabinets. U/FTP shielding provides superior protection against crosstalk and external interference. Snagless RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts ensure reliable mating and corrosion resistance. The LSZH jacket minimizes toxic smoke in case of fire.

Suitable for

• High-density data center patching and server cabinet connections
• Horizontal and top-of-rack cabling where airflow matters
• Environments requiring LSZH-rated cables

Key specifications

• Product name: Patch Cable ACT Red 5 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A
• Brand: ACT, MPN: DC7505, EAN: 8716065442090
• Cable length: 5 m
• Conductor and gauge: 32 AWG slimline design (higher attenuation than 24 AWG)
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless, gold-plated contacts
• Outer diameter: 3.8 mm (slimline) and LSZH jacket

How to use

Install the patch cable between patch panel ports, switch ports, or network devices using the snagless RJ-45 plugs. Route the cable keeping bend radius gentle but noting the slimline design allows tighter routing compared with standard CAT6A cords. Use standard termination practices at both ends and avoid sharp bends or mechanical strain at the connector boots.

Recommendations

The 32 AWG slimline construction increases attenuation, particularly at higher frequencies; ACT therefore recommends shorter permanent link lengths compared with standard 24 AWG patch cords to accommodate this. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, limit cable bundles to a maximum of 24 cables to control cable temperature rise — ANSI TSB-184-A limits the allowable temperature increase for the center cable to less than 15°C above ambient.
