ACT čierny 0,25 metra LSZH U/UTP CAT6 datacentrový slimline patch kábel bez ochrany proti zlomeniu s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Black 0.25m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 patch cable is a slimline Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission in data center and professional networking environments. With a 0.25 m length, LSZH outer jacket and U/UTP construction it reduces space usage in racks and cabinets while maintaining standard CAT6 performance characteristics. The cable uses RJ-45 connectors and is available in black.

Advantages

The slim 3.8 mm diameter reduces cable bulk compared with regular CAT6 patch cords, improving airflow in cabinets and simplifying cable management. LSZH sheath lowers smoke and toxic emission in case of fire. Using 28 AWG conductors allows a smaller profile, but note this increases attenuation at higher frequencies compared with thicker 22–26 AWG conductors. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and connection quality.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in data centers and server cabinets
• Dense cabling environments where space and airflow are critical
• Professional network racks and patch panels

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT6 U/UTP
• Length: 0.25 m
• Diameter (typical slimline): approx. 3.8 mm
• Conductor gauge: typically 28 AWG (slimline design)
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Connectors: RJ-45 (both ends), gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Black

How to use

Use the patch cable to connect network equipment such as switches, servers and patch panels within racks and cabinets. Route the cable along designated cable management channels or through patch panel ports to maintain airflow and avoid tight bends. For optimal performance keep lengths short as intended (0.25 m) and avoid sharp kinks or prolonged compression.

Recommendations

For PoE deployments limit bundle sizes and monitor cable temperature: ACT recommends a maximum bundle size of 24 slimline cables in PoE applications to limit temperature rise. Because 28 AWG conductors exhibit higher attenuation, use shorter permanent link lengths than with standard 24 AWG patch cords and follow applicable standards (for example ANSI TSB-184-A) when planning installations.
