ACT čierny 1,5 metra LSZH U/FTP CAT6A DataCenter Slimline patch kábel snagless s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Black 1.5m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A patch cable is a slimline data centre cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections in space-constrained racks and cabinets. With a 3.8 mm diameter and U/FTP shielding, the cable reduces interference while allowing improved airflow compared with standard CAT6A patch cords. The LSZH jacket limits smoke and toxic emission in case of fire. Snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts provide reliable mating and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

Slimline construction (3.8 mm diameter) lowers the cable bending radius and improves airflow in densely populated cabinets. U/FTP shielding minimizes crosstalk and external interference for stable high-frequency performance. The LSZH outer jacket enhances safety in enclosed environments. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts ensure consistent connectivity and reduced corrosion risk.

Suitable for

• High-density data centre patching where space and airflow are limited
• Ethernet networks requiring CAT6A performance for 10 Gigabit links
• Installations that require low-smoke, low-toxicity cabling (LSZH)

How to use

Route the 1.5 m ACT CAT6A U/FTP cable between network equipment and patch panels, avoiding excessive tension or sharp bends. Plug RJ45 connectors fully into compatible ports until the latch clicks. Maintain the recommended bending radius and minimize kinks to preserve signal integrity. For runs inside cabinets, use the slimline profile to improve cable management and airflow.

Recommendations

For PoE deployments, limit bundled cable groups to a maximum of 24 cables to control temperature rise. Because the slimline cable uses 32 AWG conductors, expect higher attenuation than 24 AWG patch cords, particularly at higher frequencies; ACT recommends shorter permanent link allowances compared with standard 24 AWG cords to accommodate this attenuation.
