ACT čierny 5 metrový plochý telefónny kábel s konektormi RJ11 a RJ45

The ACT Black 5 Meter flat telephone cable TD5309 is a versatile connection lead designed for home and office telecommunication setups. The cable combines a slim, flat profile with integrated RJ11 and RJ45 connectors to support telephones, modems and network devices while keeping installation neat and unobtrusive. Its five-metre length balances reach and manageability for desk-to-wall or equipment-to-router connections.

Advantages

The flat construction reduces cable bulk and lies close to surfaces, easing routing along skirting boards, under carpets or behind furniture. Dual connector compatibility allows use with both telephone ports and network equipment where appropriate, reducing the need for multiple separate cables. The black outer sheath provides a neutral appearance that blends into most environments and helps hide marks from daily use.

Suitable for

• Connecting corded telephones to wall sockets or base units
• Linking modems or ADSL splitters to telephone lines
• Temporary or permanent wiring where a low-profile cable is preferred
• Office desks, reception areas and residential phone installations

Key specifications

• Length: 5 metres
• Design: flat profile for low protrusion and easier routing
• Connector types: RJ11 and RJ45 compatible ends for telephone and network use
• Colour: black
• Suitable transmission: analog voice and standard telephone signal levels

How to use

Insert the appropriate connector into the device or wall socket until it clicks into place, ensuring correct alignment of the plug with the port. For telephone use, connect the RJ11 end to the handset or base and the other end to the wall jack or splitter. For devices requiring RJ45-style connection, verify the receiving equipment accepts the cable end and seat the connector fully. Route the cable along skirting boards or beneath carpets, avoiding pinching or tight bends that could stress the internal conductors.

Recommendations

Position the flat cable against flat surfaces to minimise visibility and protect it from foot traffic. Avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Inspect connectors periodically for wear and ensure a secure fit; replace the cable if insulation becomes damaged or connections become unreliable.
