ACT ivory 0,25 m U/UTP CAT6 patch kábel s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Ivory 0.25m U/UTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a short, high-performance network cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in confined spaces. With CAT6 specification and U/UTP construction it supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks while the gold-plated RJ45 contacts provide stable signal transfer and corrosion resistance. The ivory jacket offers a neutral, unobtrusive look suitable for home and office installations where cable visibility should be minimal.

Advantages

This 0.25 m CAT6 patch cable combines compact length with full Gigabit compatibility, reducing clutter and signal loss in patch panels, network switches, or between devices placed close together. U/UTP cabling technology minimizes external interference without adding heavy shielding, and gold-plated RJ45 connectors improve contact reliability and long-term conductivity. The ivory color helps cables blend with light-colored equipment and interiors.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting switches, patch panels and routers in dense rack or desk setups
• Short-distance links between desktop PCs, media players, or networked printers
• Home networking where discrete cabling is required
• Temporary or permanent links in small office and meeting room environments

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X) (CAT6 performance)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with unshielded overall jacket)
• Product colour: Ivory

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks to ensure a secure physical and electrical connection. Use the 0.25 m length to create short point-to-point links or to tidy connections inside racks and behind equipment where excess cable would otherwise need to be managed. Avoid bending the cable sharply at the connector ends; maintain gentle curves to preserve cable performance. When unplugging, press the latch on the connector rather than pulling the cable by the jacket to prevent connector damage.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this CAT6 patch cable for intra-rack or adjacent-device connections within Gigabit Ethernet environments. Keep the cable away from high-power electrical lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain optimal signal integrity. If longer runs or additional EMI protection are required, consider higher-shielded cable types or longer category-rated patch cords.
