ACT konverzný kábel DisplayPort konektor samec na DVI konektor samec 5,00 m

The ACT AK3998 5m DisplayPort to DVI cable is a black, fixed-length video cable designed to connect DisplayPort-equipped sources to DVI-D displays. With a 5 meter length and male-to-male connectors, it enables straightforward linking of desktop PCs, notebooks or graphics cards to monitors, projectors or other DVI-D inputs. The cable is specified for digital video transmission and supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 for clear single-link DVI output.

Advantages

This DisplayPort to DVI cable offers a reliable wired connection with solid construction to reduce signal loss over its 5 m length. The cable’s DVI-D interface preserves digital video quality, while the DisplayPort connector allows compatibility with modern video outputs. Its black jacket provides a discreet appearance for desktop or AV installations and the fixed length simplifies cable management between devices that are a few meters apart.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop with DisplayPort to a DVI-D monitor
• Extending desktop workspace where monitor and computer are separated by up to 5 m
• Multimedia playback, presentations and office work requiring single-link DVI resolution
• Replacement or upgrade of existing short DisplayPort-to-DVI connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connector A: DisplayPort (male)
• Connector B: DVI-D (male, single-link)
• Supported maximum resolution: 1920 x 1200
• Colour: Black
• Signal type: Digital video

How to use

Power off both devices if recommended by the device manufacturers. Insert the DisplayPort connector into the DisplayPort output on the source device and the DVI-D connector into the DVI-D input on the display. Ensure connectors are fully seated and, if present, secure any retention screws on the DVI side. Power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Adjust resolution settings in the operating system or graphics driver to the desired output, up to the supported 1920x1200 resolution.

Recommendations

For best results, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use this cable where single-link DVI resolution meets your needs; for higher resolutions or audio transmission, consider alternatives that natively support those features.
