How to use

Recommendations

ACT recommends accounting for the higher attenuation of very thin conductor designs by keeping permanent link lengths shorter than for standard 24 AWG patch cords. For PoE deployments, limit bundled slimline cables to a maximum of 24 in one bundle to avoid excessive temperature rise; ANSI TSB-184-A limits temperature increase for the center cable to less than 15 °C above ambient.
