ACT modrý 1 meter LSZH S/FTP CAT6A MPTL predlžovací kábel bez aretačných západiek s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Blue 1 meter LSZH S/FTP CAT6A MPTL extension cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is designed to extend a fixed network outlet—such as a camera or access point—to a consolidation point while remaining fully compliant with MPTL ANSI/TIA-568.2-D standards. This 1 m cable features full copper 26AWG conductors, S/FTP shielding, 50µ gold-plated RJ-45 contacts and a dust cover, and its LSZH jacket reduces smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire.

Advantages

This CAT6A S/FTP MPTL extension cable can be included in the permanent link without breaking ANSI/TIA-568.2-D compliance, unlike inline RJ45 couplers. The snagless RJ45 connectors protect the latch during installation and the 50µ gold plating on contacts ensures reliable signal transmission and corrosion resistance. The LSZH jacket provides reduced smoke and halogen-free characteristics for safer indoor deployments.

Suitable for

• Extending camera network cables to a consolidation point
• Extending access point or Wi‑Fi AP cables
• Short patch runs inside plenum or indoor spaces where low smoke is required
• Situations that require MPTL-compliant permanent link extensions

Key specifications

• Standard: MPTL ANSI/TIA-568.2-D
• Cable category: CAT6A, S/FTP (shielded)
• Conductor: 26 AWG solid copper
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless
• Contacts: 50 µ gold plated
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end of the MPTL extension cable to the fixed device cable (camera or access point) and the other end to the consolidation point or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the dust cover is removed before insertion. Because the cable is ANSI/TIA-568.2-D MPTL compliant, it can remain as part of the permanent link without introducing non-compliant couplers.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short extensions (1 m) inside buildings and plenum spaces where LSZH properties are required. Avoid excessive bending near the connectors and follow standard installation practices for shielded cables, including proper grounding of shields where applicable.
