ACT oranžový 0,25 m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 Datacenter Slimline patch kábel s RJ45 konektormi bez ochrany západky

ACT Orange 0.25m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 Patch Cable Snagless RJ45 is a slimline CAT6 ethernet patch cord with a length of 0.25 m, LSZH jacket and snagless RJ45 connectors. Its reduced diameter (approx. 3.8 mm) compared with standard CAT6 patch cords improves cable routing and air circulation in server racks and network cabinets while maintaining U/UTP construction and gold-plated contacts for reliable connections.

Advantages

The slimline design reduces bend radius and cable bulk, enabling better airflow in dense rack installations and easier cable management. The LSZH jacket minimises smoke and toxic gases in the event of a fire. Snagless RJ45 connectors protect the clip during installation and the orange colour simplifies identification in complex cabling environments.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in data centers and server rooms
• High-density patch panels and modular network cabinets
• Environments where low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) cable jackets are required

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT6 U/UTP
• Length: 0.25 m
• Cable diameter: slimline approx. 3.8 mm
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45, snagless
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to the network device or switch and the other to the patch panel or server port. Route the cable with appropriate bend radius to avoid sharp bends; the slimline cable permits tighter routing but still benefits from careful handling. For PoE applications follow bundling guidance to avoid excessive cable heating.

Recommendations

Use slimline 28–26 AWG CAT6 patch cables in short runs and high-density deployments. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, limit bundles to a maximum of 24 cables to keep temperature rise within the ANSI TSB-184-A recommendation (less than 15 °C above ambient for the centre cable).
