ACT oranžový 5 metrov LSZH U/FTP CAT6A slimline patch kábel pre dátové centrum s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Orange 5 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A datacenter slimline patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is a slim-diameter Ethernet cable (approximately 3.8 mm) designed for high-speed data transmission in datacenters and network cabinets. Its U/FTP construction and CAT6A specification support performance up to 500 MHz while the LSZH jacket reduces smoke and toxic gas release in case of fire. The cable includes gold-plated contacts and snagless boots for secure connections and easy handling.

Advantages

Compared with standard CAT6A patch cords, this slimline U/FTP cable has a smaller diameter and lower bending radius, which improves airflow in server racks and network cabinets and saves space in dense installations. The LSZH jacket provides enhanced safety in sensitive environments. Snagless RJ45 boots protect the connector latch during installation and gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transfer.

Suitable for

• Data center rack and cabinet patching
• High-density network installations
• Connections between switches, patch panels and servers
• Environments requiring low-smoke, low-toxicity cabling

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT6A, U/FTP
• Length: 5 m
• Diameter: approx. 3.8 mm (slimline)
• Connector: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless boots
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Jacket material: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Brand / MPN / EAN: ACT / DC7105 / 8716065509809

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to the network device (switch, patch panel or server) and the other to the corresponding port. Route the cable through the rack or cable management pathways, maintaining bend radii appropriate for slimline cables. The snagless boot protects the latch during installation and removal; press the latch to unplug. Follow standard handling practices to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress.

Recommendations

ISO/IEC and TIA standards typically recommend patch cords between 22 and 26 AWG; slimline cables may use finer conductors (up to 32 AWG), which can increase attenuation at higher frequencies. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, ACT advises a maximum bundle size of 24 slimline cables to limit temperature rise. ANSI TSB-184-A limits temperature increase to less than 15 °C above ambient for the center cable in a bundle.
