How to use

Connect one RJ45 end of the patch cable to the network port of a device (PC, switch, router or wall outlet) and the other end to the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; secure with cable ties or organisers if necessary.

Recommendations

Use this CAT5E cable for typical Ethernet applications up to 100 MHz. For Gigabit Ethernet over longer runs or in environments requiring higher performance, consider CAT5E cables in certified installations or upgrade to CAT6/CAT6A as appropriate. Avoid exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight or chemicals to preserve the PVC sheath.
