ACT sivá 0,25 metra LSZH U/UTP CAT6 slimline patch kábel do dátového centra bez zaistenia s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Grey 0.25m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 patch cable is a slimline datacenter Ethernet cable designed for short connections in cabinets and dense patching environments. With a reduced diameter of 3.8 mm compared to regular CAT6 patch cords, this cable improves airflow in racks and is intended for high-speed data transmission over short distances. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and halogen emissions, making it suitable for indoor installations. The cable uses U/UTP construction and snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable connectivity.

Advantages

The slim 3.8 mm diameter and lower bending radius enable neater routing and increased cabinet airflow compared with standard 5.9 mm CAT6 patch cords. LSZH material minimizes hazardous emissions in case of fire. Snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts provide stable signal transfer and durability. The short 0.25 m length is suitable for tight spaces and avoids excess cable clutter.

Suitable for

• Short patching connections in server cabinets and data centers
• High-density patch panels and switch interconnects
• Indoor environments where low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) is required
• Applications requiring compact cable routing to improve rack airflow

Key specifications

• Product name: Patch Cable ACT Grey 0.25m LSZH U/UTP CAT6
• Length: 0.25 m
• Construction: U/UTP CAT6, slimline (3.8 mm diameter)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Brand: ACT, MPN: DC9052, EAN: 8716065404432

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the switch or patch panel port and the other into the target device or adjacent patch panel port. Route the slimline cable along cable management channels or through horizontal managers to maintain neatness and preserve airflow. Avoid tight kinks; follow the cable's lower bending radius when dressing. Use the 0.25 m length for direct short links where excess cable is undesirable.

Recommendations

Although ISO/IEC and TIA standards typically specify 22–26 AWG patch cords, 28 AWG slimline cables are used in these CAT6 slimline products and show higher attenuation, especially at higher frequencies. To accommodate this, ACT recommends shorter permanent link lengths than for standard 24 AWG patch cords. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments, limit bundle sizes to a maximum of 24 cables to help control cable temperature rise; ANSI TSB-184-A guidance keeps the centre cable temperature increase under 15 °C above ambient.
