ACT žltý 10 m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A slimline patch kábel pre dátové centrum s RJ45 konektormi a ochranou proti zlomeniu

ACT Yellow 10m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Slimline Patch Cable Snagless RJ45 is a slim-diameter (approximately 3.8 mm) CAT6A U/FTP patch cord with LSZH jacket and snagless RJ45 connectors. Designed for data centre and network cabinet use, the cable supports high-speed data transfer while reducing occupied space and improving airflow compared with regular CAT6A patch cords. It is available in a 10 m length and comes in yellow with gold-plated contacts for reliable connections.

Advantages

The slimline construction lowers cable diameter and bending radius, saving space in racks and improving airflow in server cabinets. The U/FTP shielding improves signal integrity in high-frequency environments. Snagless RJ45 connectors protect the plug latch during installation, and the LSZH jacket reduces hazardous smoke and toxic gases in case of fire. Gold-plated contacts ensure consistent electrical contact and corrosion resistance.

How to use

Route the cable through the rack or cabinet ensuring gentle bends consistent with the slimline bending radius. Insert RJ45 connectors into network ports until the latch clicks; the snagless design protects the latch during handling. For standard installations follow your network equipment manufacturer’s instructions for cable termination and port allocation. Test links with appropriate network testers after installation to verify signal integrity and performance.

Recommendations

ISO/IEC and TIA standards typically specify patch cords between 22 and 26 AWG; slimline cables may use finer conductors (e.g., 32 AWG) which increase attenuation at higher frequencies. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications ACT advises a maximum bundle size of 24 cables to limit temperature rise; ANSI TSB-184-A recommends keeping the center-cable temperature increase under 15 °C above ambient.
