Adaptér 13-pólový na 7-pólový IWH 010212, konvertor konektora prívesu

IWH 010212 is a 13-pin to 7-pin adapter that converts trailer electrical connections to allow a vehicle with a 13-pin socket to supply power and signals to trailers or caravans with a 7-pin plug. The adapter maintains essential lighting circuits and auxiliary power paths required for safe towing and caravan use.

Advantages

The adapter provides a simple physical conversion between 13-pin and 7-pin trailer connectors without modifying vehicle wiring. Its compact plastic housing is lightweight and corrosion-resistant compared to metal alternatives. The product keeps standard signal mapping for lights and auxiliary circuits to ensure compatibility with common trailer electrical systems.

How to use

Align the adapter's 13-pin connector with the vehicle socket and insert it until it locks or seats securely. Plug the trailer's 7-pin connector into the adapter's 7-pin plug. Verify that all trailer lights (indicators, brake lights, tail lights) and any required auxiliary circuits function correctly before driving. Remove the adapter when not in use and store it in a dry place.

Recommendations

Check the vehicle and trailer wiring compatibility and fuses before first use. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and road salt; inspect contacts for corrosion periodically and replace the adapter if pins are damaged or connections become unreliable.
