Audio kábel ShiverPeaks BS06-181005 100m čierny červený

The ShiverPeaks BS06-181005 100m audio cable is a two-conductor cable constructed with Copper-Clad Aluminium (CCA) designed for long runs in audio installations. Supplied in black and red conductors to indicate polarity, the cable provides a clear path for signal transmission over extended distances and is intended for permanent or semi-permanent wiring where balanced handling of left/right or positive/negative connections is required. The absence of pre-attached connectors makes it suitable for custom terminations and integration into bespoke systems.

Advantages

Using Copper-Clad Aluminium conductors reduces weight while retaining conductive surface properties of copper. The two-color insulation allows easy identification of channels or polarities during installation. The 100 m length supports long-distance routing without splices in many residential and professional audio setups. The construction is aimed at offering a cost-effective option for runs where full solid copper may not be required.

Suitable for

• Fixed speaker wiring in homes, studios, or event venues
• Long-distance audio runs between amplifiers and speakers
• Custom cable assemblies and on-site connector termination
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations where lightweight cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Length: 100 m
• Conductor material: Copper-Clad Aluminium (CCA)
• Conductor count: two conductors (positive/negative or channel A/channel B)
• Colors: black and red insulated conductors for polarity identification
• Connectors: none (sold as bare cable for termination)

How to use

Plan the cable route to minimize sharp bends and avoid running parallel to mains wiring to reduce interference. Measure required lengths and cut the cable with appropriate tools, then strip insulation carefully to expose conductors without nicking them. Terminate the conductors with suitable connectors or solder joints compatible with your speakers and amplifiers, ensuring correct polarity: red to positive and black to negative where applicable. Secure the cable along its route with cable clips or channels to prevent movement and stress on terminations.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, inspect terminations periodically and avoid using this CCA cable in environments with high mechanical wear or where maximum conductor conductivity is critical. Use corrosion-resistant connectors and proper strain relief when installing in long-term or professional applications to maintain consistent audio transmission.
