How to use

Install the required batteries, switch on the microphone and ensure the paired Omnitronic UHF receiver is tuned to the same frequency or channel. Hold the microphone by the body, keeping the grille 5–15 cm from the mouth for clear voice pickup and avoid covering the grille with the hand. Adjust the receiver and mixing console gain levels to achieve a clean signal without clipping. When not in use, switch off the microphone to conserve battery life and store it away from moisture and extreme temperatures.

Recommendations

For best audio performance, perform a short sound check before use to set gain and monitor for interference on the 534.1 MHz frequency. Use fresh batteries and maintain line-of-sight between microphone and receiver where possible; position the receiver away from sources of RF noise and confirm compatibility with other UHF devices in the environment to reduce the risk of dropouts.
