BIRA elektrický otvárač dverí HARTTE XS12U XS-séria (R5) 12V AC/DC štandard

The BIRA HARTTE XS12U is a professional-grade electric strike engineered for fail-secure access control on light to medium duty doors. With a robust 12V AC/DC power supply and an impressive holding force of approximately 3000 N (300 kg), this compact yet powerful strike delivers reliable locking performance for a wide range of commercial, residential, and light industrial environments. Its thoughtful design focuses on ease of installation, durability, and consistent operation, making it a trusted choice for integrators and facilities managers alike.

Advantages

Engineered in the XS Series (R5) standard, this electric strike offers several key benefits: fail-secure operation ensures the door remains locked when power is interrupted, providing maximum security; an adjustable latch allows radial adjustment up to 3 mm for perfect alignment with the door latch; a fully symmetrical design enables tool-free reversal for left-hand or right-hand doors; and low power consumption (250 mA AC / 300 mA DC) makes it energy-efficient and suitable for continuous duty.

Recommendations

Ensure the electric strike is correctly aligned with the door latch and verify that the entry door's weight and closing speed are within the recommended duty range. For fail-secure operation, connect the power supply to the appropriate terminals and test the lock cycling after installation. Regular inspection of the latch alignment can extend service life.
