BlueOptics SFP3232EU3MK InfiniBand optický kábel 3 m OM3

The BlueOptics SFP3232EU3MK InfiniBand fibre optic cable 3 m OM3 is a 3-metre multimode fiber link engineered for high-speed data transmission in networking and data centre environments. The cable has OM3-rated fibre to support high bandwidth and reduced modal dispersion over short to medium distances. Both ends are fitted with male InfiniBand-style connectors to ensure straightforward mating with compatible ports on switches, host channel adapters and storage equipment.

Advantages

This OM3 fibre cable offers stable signal integrity and low attenuation for short-range high-bandwidth links. The 3 m length minimises excess slack in rack and cabinet installations while providing sufficient reach between adjacent devices. Robust connector housings and a durable outer jacket improve mechanical reliability during installation and routine maintenance.

How to use

Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and tight cable ties to maintain the fibre's minimum bend radius. Insert each male connector firmly into the corresponding port until it clicks or seats fully, taking care to align the connector keying. For best performance, keep connector endfaces clean and protected with dust caps until installation; use appropriate fibre cleaning tools if contamination is suspected.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in high-density racks, use 3 m cables to minimise excess length and improve airflow. Clean connectors before mating and avoid kinking the cable; periodically inspect the jacket and connectors for wear in active installations.
