Bosch 2 608 656 018 čepeľ pre priamočiaru/zdvihovú/šabľovú pílu bimetal 5 kusov

The Bosch 2 608 656 018 set includes five bimetal reciprocating saw blades designed for cutting thin sheet and profile steel as well as pipes. Each blade measures 225 mm in total length and features a very fine 1 mm tooth pitch with a wavy-set design, enabling smooth, precise cuts in thin steel up to the blade's rated thickness. Bimetal construction provides improved durability for repeated use in workshop and on-site applications.

Advantages

Very fine 1 mm tooth pitch combined with a wavy-set tooth pattern produces effortless, smooth cuts in thin steel materials. Bimetal (BIM) construction increases blade life and resistance to wear when cutting regular-strength steel. Standard 225 mm blade length allows a cutting capacity of up to approximately 175 mm, offering versatility for different cutting tasks.

Suitable for

• Cutting thin sheet metal and profiles
• Cutting metal pipes
• General-purpose cuts in regular-strength steel
• Workshop and on-site reciprocating saw work

How to use

Fit the appropriate blade into the reciprocating saw according to the saw manufacturer’s instructions and ensure it is securely locked. Select a moderate cutting speed and steady feed to let the fine-toothed bimetal blade cut smoothly through thin steel and pipes. For longer blade life, avoid excessive twisting or lateral bending during cuts and allow the blade to cool if it becomes hot under prolonged use.

Recommendations

Use the blades for thin sheet, profiles and pipes made of regular-strength steel; for thicker or hardened materials choose blades designed for heavy-duty cutting. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves) and follow safe cutting practices.
