Bosch 2 608 900 007 rotačný nástroj brúsne/šmirgľové príslušenstvo brúsny tanier

The Bosch EXPERT Multihole Backing Pad for sanding sheets (Bosch 2 608 900 007) is a 150 mm backing pad designed for use with random orbital sanders and compatible Bosch rotary tools. It supports multi‑hole sanding discs to enable improved dust extraction, secure disc attachment and longer abrasive life. The backing pad has a black and red design and is supplied as a single unit.

Advantages

The multihole design aligns with modern dust‑extraction sanding papers to reduce airborne dust and improve visibility during sanding. By matching backing pad hole patterns to multi‑hole discs, this pad helps prolong sanding sheet life and maintain consistent sanding performance. The pad provides a stable interface between tool and abrasive, ensuring a secure fit and efficient material removal.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wood surfaces
• Preparing painted or varnished surfaces for refinishing
• Surface preparation on composite and metal with appropriate abrasives
• Use with multi‑hole sanding discs for low‑dust operation

Operate the sander at recommended speeds for the chosen abrasive and material, applying even pressure and moving the tool smoothly to avoid gouging.

Recommendations

To achieve optimal dust reduction and abrasive life, use multi‑hole sanding discs that match the pad's hole layout and connect the sander to a dust extraction system. Inspect the pad for wear before each use and replace it if the surface or hook‑and‑loop fastening becomes damaged.
