How to use

Before installation, ensure the saw is disconnected from power. Mount the blade to the saw’s arbor following the tool manufacturer’s instructions and confirm the blade direction matches the rotation arrow. Tighten the arbor flange securely and check blade alignment and clearance. When cutting, set appropriate blade speed and feed rate for the chosen material, and use appropriate support to prevent pinching. After use, allow the blade to come to a full stop before removing guards or making adjustments.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection and a dust mask when cutting. Select the correct blade for material thickness and type; for finer finish, reduce feed speed and use a blade designed for fine-cutting. Regularly inspect and clean the blade to remove pitch and resin build-up, and replace the blade when tooth wear or damage is evident to maintain safe and accurate cutting performance.
