Brother MFC-J6540DWE atramentová A3 1200 x 4800 DPI 28 ppm Wi-Fi

The Brother MFC-J6540DWE is an A3 inkjet multifunction printer designed for medium‑duty office environments where colour output, A3 capability and network connectivity are required. It delivers high-resolution colour prints up to 1200 x 4800 DPI, supports duplex printing and copying, and offers scanning with an optical resolution of 1200 x 2400 DPI. With wired Ethernet and Wi‑Fi connectivity and a compact grey-and-white design, the device integrates into shared workspaces while supporting fast, reliable document workflows.

Advantages

This multifunction printer combines A3 colour printing with scanning and copying in one unit, reducing the need for separate devices. Fast print speeds of up to 28 pages per minute for black output and robust monthly duty cycle capacity support steady office workloads. Duplex functions for both printing and copying save paper and streamline two-sided document production. Built-in Wi‑Fi and Ethernet enable direct network printing and convenient sharing across multiple users. The product’s high maximum print resolution and high optical scan resolution ensure clear colour reproduction and detailed digitisation of documents.

Load paper trays with the appropriate paper size up to A3, and install ink cartridges according to the supplied instructions. For duplex printing and copying, enable the two-sided setting in the print driver or on the device menu. Use the scanner glass or the automatic feeder for multi-page originals; select required scan resolution and file format in the scanning application or device menu before sending files to a computer or network folder.

Recommendations

To maintain consistent print quality and reliable operation, use paper types and weights within the device specifications, keep firmware updated, and perform regular maintenance such as printhead checks and nozzle cleanings. For networked offices, configure user permissions and default duplex settings to reduce paper consumption and optimise device use.
