Brúsne listy Bosch W480 Web 1/4 G120 115×140 mm, balenie 10 ks (MPN 2608902385)

Bosch W480 Web sanding sheets with grit G120 are abrasive sheets sized 115×140 mm supplied in a pack of 10. They are engineered for manual and machine sanding of wood, painted surfaces and fillers, and are compatible with sanding holders and orbital sanders that use 1/4 fastening. These sheets are intended for surface preparation, smoothing and fine sanding tasks during woodworking, renovation and finishing operations.

Advantages

The open-web abrasive structure reduces clogging and extends sheet life while maintaining consistent abrasive performance. Medium-fine G120 grit provides effective material removal combined with the ability to leave a smooth surface ready for primer or topcoat. The 115×140 mm format and 1/4 fastening compatibility ensure quick attachment to a range of manual and machine sanding pads, enabling efficient workflow on both small repairs and larger surface areas.

Suitable for

• Sanding of raw and finished wood
• Removal and smoothing of paint and filler
• Surface preparation before priming or varnishing
• Fine sanding between coats on furniture and cabinetry
• Renovation and spot repair work on interior surfaces

Key specifications

• Abrasive grain: G120 (medium-fine)
• Sheet dimensions: 115 × 140 mm
• Quantity: 10 sheets per pack
• Backing / fastening type: 1/4-compatible fastening for sanding holders and orbital sanders
• Construction: open-web abrasive for reduced clogging and longer lifespan

How to use

Select a sanding holder or orbital sander compatible with 1/4 fastening and attach a sanding sheet evenly to avoid wrinkles. For best results on wood and painted surfaces, start with steady, even strokes along the grain on raw timber or across the surface on paint, applying moderate pressure and allowing the abrasive to do the work. Replace sheets when cutting becomes uneven or clogging affects performance. After sanding with G120, clean the surface from dust before applying primer, filler or subsequent finer grits.

Recommendations

For optimal performance and longer sheet life, use these sanding sheets with dust extraction where possible, avoid excessive pressure that can cause premature wear, and progress to finer grits for final finishing steps.
