Brúsny kotúč Bosch X571 Best for Metal

The Bosch Grinding disc X571 Best for Metal is designed for efficient metal grinding, offering durability and consistent performance on steel and similar metals. Each pack contains one flap disc with high-quality zirconia alumina and semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grains and a plastic carrier plate available in angled or straight versions. The disc uses the keyless X-LOCK system for fast and tool-free changing, and is compatible with X-LOCK angle grinders.

Advantages

The X571 flap disc combines durable zirconia alumina and semi-friable aluminium oxide grit for long life and reliable material removal on metal. Its plastic carrier plate is produced in angled and straight shapes to suit different grinding angles. The X-LOCK mounting enables quick, secure disc changes without additional tools, reducing downtime.

How to use

Fit the Bosch X571 flap disc to a compatible X-LOCK angle grinder following the grinder manufacturer's safety instructions. Ensure the disc's rated speed matches the grinder's maximum RPM. Use steady, controlled passes across the workpiece without applying excessive pressure; let the abrasive do the cutting. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, gloves, and hearing protection.

Recommendations

For best results on steel, start with moderate feed pressure and increase only if necessary. Replace the disc when wear reduces cutting performance or when the carrier plate becomes damaged. Do not use the disc on non-recommended materials or at speeds above the rated maximum.
