Brúsny kotúč Bosch X571 Best for Metal

The Bosch X571 Best for Metal grinding disc is designed for efficient metal grinding and long life in steel applications. It uses a high-quality zirconia alumina and semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive that provides toughness and wear resistance for extended metalwork. The disc is supplied with a carrier plate available in angled and straight versions made from plastic and is compatible with the keyless X-LOCK mounting system for quick and tool-free changes.

Advantages

The X571 uses a blend of zirconia alumina and semi-friable aluminium oxide grit to deliver consistent material removal and extended disc life on metal. The availability of angled and straight carrier plates made from durable plastic allows adaptation to different grinding positions. Compatibility with the X-LOCK quick-change system speeds up disc replacement and improves workflow on jobs involving steel and similar metals.

Suitable for

• Grinding and material removal on steel
• Surface preparation before welding or painting
• Deburring and edge rounding on metal parts
• General metal fabrication and maintenance tasks

How to use

Fit the disc to a compatible X-LOCK grinder according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Select the appropriate carrier plate orientation (angled or straight) for the task. Start the grinder at low speed to check balance and hold the disc at a consistent angle to the workpiece while applying steady, moderate pressure. Move the disc evenly across the metal surface to avoid gouging; allow the abrasive to do the cutting. Replace the disc once performance diminishes or if the disc shows signs of damage.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Ensure the grinder and disc are rated for the operating speed. For best life and performance on steel, maintain even pressure and avoid overheating the workpiece.
