Brúsny list Bosch Expert M480 sieťová štruktúra 150 mm K150 pre excentrickú brúsku

The Bosch Expert M480 sanding sheet is a 150 mm diameter abrasive disc with a mesh structure and K150 grit, designed specifically for eccentric (orbital) sanders. The open mesh construction facilitates efficient dust extraction through compatible sanding pads, extends abrasive life and helps maintain a consistent cut across wood, painted and primed surfaces. Sold as individual sheets, this abrasive is intended for medium-fine sanding tasks where a smooth, even finish is required.

Advantages

The mesh structure improves dust removal and reduces clogging compared with conventional closed-back discs, resulting in longer service life and more consistent abrasive performance. K150 grit provides controlled material removal while delivering a finer surface ready for finishing or painting. The 150 mm diameter is compatible with a wide range of eccentric sanders, and the sheet construction enables quick replacement during continuous work.

Suitable for

• Medium-fine sanding of solid wood and wood-based panels
• Fine sanding of painted and primed surfaces before finishing
• Sanding between coats to createkey adhesion and smoothness
• General surface preparation with eccentric (orbital) sanders

Key specifications

• Diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasive grit: K150 (fine)
• Surface structure: open mesh for dust extraction
• Compatibility: designed for eccentric/orbital sanders with matching 150 mm sanding pads
• Form: individual sanding sheet

How to use

Attach the sanding sheet to a compatible 150 mm eccentric sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct alignment and secure fastening. Use steady, even pressure and allow the sander’s motion and the K150 grit to do the work; avoid excessive force which can shorten abrasive life or damage the workpiece. When sanding painted or primed surfaces, move the sander along the grain where possible and check progress frequently to achieve the desired smoothness. Replace the sheet when the abrasive performance diminishes or the mesh becomes clogged beyond cleaning.

Recommendations

For best dust extraction and extended sheet life, use with a sander and vacuum system designed for open-mesh abrasives. Test on a small area before full-scale use to confirm the correct grit for your surface and finish requirements.
