How to use

Fit the sanding disc to the angle grinder using the correct M14 arbor or compatible X-LOCK adapter, ensuring the disc is mounted securely and the bore matches the tool. Start the grinder at low speed to check stability, then increase to the required operating speed within the specified maximum. Apply steady, even pressure and move the disc across the metal surface; avoid excessive force that could overload the disc or tool. Replace the disc when wear reduces performance or the abrasive is spent.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection). Ensure the angle grinder’s guard is in place and follow the tool manufacturer's safety instructions. Select grit 60 for coarse stock removal; for finer finishing, choose a higher grit. Store discs flat in a dry place to maintain condition.
