CELLFAST CF sacia a tlaková hadica pre čerpadlá 25mm x 25m čierna BASSE-FLEX

Water transfer and pump operations often suffer from hoses that collapse under suction or burst under pressure. The CELLFAST CF Suction and Pressure Hose eliminates these issues with a rigid PVC spiral embedded in a flexible PVC body, making it reliable for both vacuum and discharge applications. This 25-metre hose provides the length and durability needed for irrigation, drainage, and tank transfer without constant repositioning.

Who is it for

Built for farmers, gardeners, construction crews, and industrial users, this hose connects to surface pumps, submersible pumps, and irrigation systems. Its BASSE-FLEX construction resists light chemicals, sewage, and abrasive particles, making it suitable for demanding environments.

Main features

• Dual-purpose design: functions as both a suction and pressure hose, eliminating the need for separate hoses.
• Rigid PVC spiral reinforcement prevents kinking and collapse under vacuum, ensuring consistent flow.
• Smooth inner surface minimises friction loss, maximising pump efficiency.
• Corrugated outer surface provides excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance for easy handling and long life.
• Working pressure of 6 bar and burst pressure of 18 bar at 20°C offer a wide safety margin.
• Vacuum rating of 0.7 bar (7 m water column) allows for effective suction lift in shallow wells and tanks.
• Temperature range from -10°C to +60°C suits various climatic conditions.
• Complies with RoHS and REACH standards.

Tips

For optimal performance, ensure the hose is fully extended during suction to prevent collapse. Store away from direct sunlight when not in use to extend its lifespan. Regularly inspect for wear, especially in abrasive environments.
