Chodítko MDH PPC014 s kolieskami a výškovo nastaviteľné, ľahká mobilná pomôcka

MDH PPC014 is a lightweight walking frame designed to provide stable support for users requiring balance assistance. The frame features integrated front wheels and adjustable height settings to accommodate different user statures. Intended for use on smooth indoor and outdoor surfaces, this mobility aid supports short-distance walking, rehabilitation exercises and everyday household mobility tasks.

Advantages

The walking frame combines a lightweight tubular construction with front wheels to reduce effort during forward movement while maintaining rear stability. Its adjustable height mechanism allows precise adaptation to the user’s elbow height, promoting correct posture and reducing strain on the shoulders and back. Non-slip hand grips and a compact footprint make the frame practical for use in corridors, homes and clinical environments.

How to use

Adjust the frame height so the handles are at approximately wrist level when the user stands with arms hanging naturally; this ensures elbows remain slightly bent while walking. When moving, the user should hold both grips, step forward and gently push the frame so the front wheels roll; the rear supports will slide or remain stationary depending on floor resistance. Use controlled, short steps and maintain an upright posture. For transfers or standing from a chair, position the frame close enough to the body to provide leverage while avoiding excessive forward reach.

Recommendations

Inspect the wheels and hand grips regularly for wear and debris. Use the frame on smooth, even surfaces to ensure safe rolling; avoid on loose gravel, thick carpets or uneven terrain. Adjust height periodically if the user’s posture or footwear changes, and consult a healthcare professional to confirm correct fit and gait technique for rehabilitation purposes.
