Cinch (RCA) kábel ShiverPeaks 90022-5.0MHQ 5 m — chrómové kovové konektory, pozlátené kontakty

ShiverPeaks 90022-5.0MHQ is a shielded Cinch (RCA) audio cable 5 metres long, engineered for analogue audio signal transmission between consumer and professional A/V components. The cable uses chrome metal connectors with gold-plated contacts to reduce corrosion and maintain reliable electrical contact. Its shielding and conductor design help to minimise interference and preserve signal integrity when connecting CD players, amplifiers, DACs, receivers and other audio equipment in home or studio environments.

Advantages

The cable’s metal chrome connectors provide robust mechanical durability while gold-plated contacts improve contact quality and corrosion resistance for long-term use. Shielding around the conductors reduces electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, supporting clearer analogue audio transfer. The 5 m length offers flexibility for typical home theatre or studio routing without excessive signal loss when used within recommended distances.

Suitable for

• Connecting CD players to amplifiers or receivers
• Linking DACs and audio interfaces to preamplifiers
• Routing analogue signals in home theatre setups
• Studio patching for short to medium cable runs

Key specifications

• Cable type: Shielded analogue RCA (Cinch) audio cable
• Length: 5.0 metres
• Connector finish: Chrome metal housing
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Intended signal: Analogue stereo audio
• Shielding: Multi-layer shield for EMI/RFI reduction

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the RCA output of the source device and the other end to the RCA input of the destination device, ensuring correct left/right channel alignment. Insert the connectors fully to secure the metal housings and establish good contact with the gold-plated pins. Route the cable away from power cables and large sources of electromagnetic interference where possible to preserve signal quality. For stereo connections use two cables (left and right) matched in length.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium analogue runs up to 5 metres; for longer distances consider balanced connections or active conversion to maintain signal integrity. Periodically inspect connector contacts for dirt or oxidation and clean gently with appropriate contact cleaner if needed. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable to preserve shielding and conductor integrity.
