CIVIVI Praxis zatvárací nôž s Nitro-V Drop-Point čepeľou a Ultem jantárovou rukoväťou

The CIVIVI Praxis in Ultem Amber stands apart from typical everyday carry knives through its combination of a high-performance Nitro-V stainless steel blade and an exceptionally lightweight, amber-translucent Ultem handle. While many folders in this size range rely on heavier G10 or metal scales, the Praxis uses a modern high-strength polymer that keeps the knife remarkably light without sacrificing rigidity or grip. The result is a full-sized cutting tool that disappears in the pocket yet offers the cutting authority of a much larger blade.

Highlights

• Blade steel: Nitro-V stainless steel at 59-61 HRC for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance
• Blade finish: Satin with a flat grind and plain edge for clean, precise cuts
• Handle material: Ultem (amber), a lightweight, high-strength polymer with a distinctive translucent look
• Opening: Dual deployment via flipper tab or dual thumb studs, running on ceramic ball bearings for smooth, fast action
• Lock: Liner lock for secure blade engagement during use
• Carry: Reversible pocket clip set for tip-up carry on either side

In daily use

The Praxis is built for real work. The 3.75-inch drop point blade excels at slicing, piercing, and detail tasks, while the flat grind reduces binding in material. The Ultem handle offers a comfortable, neutral grip that works well with or without gloves, and its smooth surface slides easily in and out of the pocket. The flipper tab and thumb studs give you two intuitive ways to open the knife, and the ceramic ball bearing pivot ensures the blade deploys quickly and locks up solidly. The reversible clip makes it equally convenient for left- or right-handed users.
