MG 9900I LEN SKENER ADAPTÍVNA VÁHA PRIPRAVENÝ MED PLATŇA MONTÁŽ/REGÁL

Retail checkout lanes demand speed, accuracy, and reliability. The Datalogic Magellan 9900i scanner-only model delivers high-performance barcode reading in a compact, medium-sized platform, engineered for seamless integration into existing POS systems. With its adaptive scale-ready design, you can add a scale later without replacing the scanner, protecting your investment and reducing downtime.

Who is it for

This scanner is ideal for grocery stores, supermarkets, and high-volume retail environments that need a fixed presentation scanner with the flexibility to integrate a scale when needed. It suits businesses upgrading from older Magellan models or those building new checkout lanes with a separate scale.

Main features

• Multi-plane area imaging technology reads 1D and 2D barcodes, including Digimarc, from any angle.
• Adaptive scale ready: easily add a Datalogic Magellan scale (sold separately) without replacing the scanner.
• Medium platter size fits standard checkout counters; available in flush (in-counter) or shelf (on-counter) mounting.
• High-resolution CMOS sensor captures barcodes as small as 4 mil (1D) and 6.6 mil (2D).
• Multiple interfaces: USB, RS-232, and IBM 468x/9x for flexible POS connectivity.
• Optional EAS support for Checkpoint and Sensormatic systems.
• IP52 sealed against dust and moisture, with durable construction for continuous use.
• Bright LED illumination and audible/visual good-read indicators for operator feedback.

Tips

For optimal performance, position the scanner platter at a comfortable height for cashiers and ensure adequate clearance for large items. If you plan to add a scale, verify counter cutout dimensions for the flush mount configuration. Use Datalogic's configuration software to tailor decoding settings and interface options to your POS environment.
